Pizza Topping
Method

1. Light oven to 220°c or Gas 7.

2. Get out all ingredients and equipment.

3. Put the ketchup and the puree into a small mixing bowl and mix together.

4. Spread over the pizza base.

5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on.

6. Chop up any of the topping that you wish to have on it.

7. Place all the toppings on to the top of the pizza.

8. Place on a baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes.

Cheese

2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup

1 tablespoon Tomato puree

Any toppings

Equipment

Small Mixing Bowl

1 plate

Knife

Chopping board

Tablespoon

Grater

Pizza Topping can be what you want them to be. Try using baked beans instead of tomato ketchup or chopped tomatoes. You could use a curry sauce or a white sauce. Any other topping can be added to your pizza, the list is endless, from ham and pineapple to fried egg!
